The best reason to look in old books

You never know what you'll find in an old book. I found this wonderful print in an old 1920 Chicago school book. I love the corn and kernel. The farm house, hay stacks and pumpkins are a bonus. It says it was painted for Public School Methods by the Art Institute, Chicago. I'm not selling this find I'm framing it. I did make several collage kits from other images rescued from this book. Some I think would be great framed and some for scrap booking or other types of art. So next time you're at a yard sale or flea market don't forget to look in a book. You might find a treasure!
